Air Cooled Condenser Features
INNER GROOVE or RIFLE BORED copper tube technology ensures efficient condensation of refrigerants across all ambient conditions. The improvement in heat transfer is due to the 50-60% increase in internal surface area when compared to traditional plain tubing. The tube-side heat transfer coefficient for inner-groove tubing is as much as 2 ½ – 3 times higher than traditional plain tubing. This technology increases coil capacity.
STAGGERED TUBE pattern with WAVERED FIN boosts air-side heat transfer performance, once again increasing coil capacity.
FLOATING COIL patented technology is utilised in condensers with 300mm fans through 800mm fans. This technology utilises steel holding rods on which the condenser rests, preventing possible leaks caused by contraction and expansion of the tubes and the casing due to extreme temperature changes.
